Get the email
The code and instructions (in Italian) usually arrive right after payment is confirmed; in some cases it can take longer. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder.
Activate
Windows: Settings › System › Activation › “Change product key”. Office: install following the email and enter the code on first launch. If activation doesn't succeed, we'll help you by email.

Write to supportWhen will I receive the code?
Usually right after payment is confirmed, by email to the address entered in the order. In some cases delivery can take longer. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or write to us.
What exactly do I receive?
A digital Product Key plus download and activation instructions in Italian. Nothing physical is shipped and there are no shipping costs.
Is it a subscription?
No. Windows and Office licenses marked as “lifetime license” are perpetual: you pay once, with no renewals.
What if activation doesn't work?
Write to us at contact@keyease.net with your order number and a screenshot of the error: we'll help you activate and, if the problem isn't solved, we'll replace the license or refund you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if the license has not been activated or used. Just email us; the refund is made using the same payment method.
How can I pay?
The checkout shows the available methods, including PayPal and credit or debit card. The final price is always shown before you confirm.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes: write to us with your order number and billing details (company name, VAT number, and SDI code or PEC if available).
