Warranty policy
At KeyEase we want to provide a clear and secure purchasing experience for digital software licenses. This policy explains how we handle compliance issues, defects, activation errors, and service requests related to purchased products.
- Legal guarantee of conformity Consumer customers benefit from their rights under applicable legal warranty regulations. If a digital product is found to be defective, does not conform to the description, or does not work as intended, the customer may contact us for assistance.
- Check after delivery After email delivery, the customer is asked to verify the correctness of the product received, including edition, version, compatible platform, and activation instructions. Any problems should be reported as soon as possible, attaching a clear description and, if available, a screenshot of the error.
- Product Description. The information on the product page, the instructions provided by KeyEase, and the manufacturer's official description are the basis for conformity assessment. The customer must verify that the chosen product is compatible with their device, operating system, and software version.
- Activation problems If a key does not work or generates an activation error, KeyEase may request technical information, screenshots, or additional details to verify the problem. After verification, we may provide additional instructions, technical assistance, a replacement key, or a refund where applicable.
- Warranty limitations The warranty does not cover problems caused by misuse, installation of the wrong edition, use on an incompatible system, unsuitable software or hardware modifications, third-party intervention, abnormal operating conditions, or failure to follow activation instructions.
- Remedy in case of defect In the event of a defective or nonconforming product, KeyEase may attempt to resolve the problem through service, rectification of instructions, replacement of the key, or refund, depending on the specific case and applicable regulations.
- Software usage rights After payment in full, the customer receives the non-exclusive right to use the purchased software within the limits indicated by the product and license. The software may be used only for the number of devices or users indicated on the product page.
- Prohibition of resale or sublicensing Unless otherwise specified in writing, the customer may not resell, lease, sublicense, publicly distribute, or make available to third parties the purchased license either for a fee or free of charge.
- Backup copy The customer may keep a copy of the purchase information, key, and activation instructions for personal use and to ensure future use of the purchased product.
