Payments and digital delivery
KeyEase sells digital software licenses. We do not ship physical products: after payment, download, installation, and activation information is sent via email.
- Digital delivery via email Purchased products are delivered digitally to the email address provided during the order. After payment confirmation, you will receive an email with the license key, download link if available, and activation instructions.
- Delivery time Delivery is generally immediate after confirmation of payment. In some cases, for technical or security reasons, order processing may take longer.
- Correct email address To ensure proper delivery of your product, be sure to enter a valid email address at the time of purchase. We also recommend that you check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes.
- Shipping costs There are no shipping costs. All products are delivered digitally via email.
- Accepted payment methods We accept secure payments via PayPal and credit/debit cards where available at checkout. Available payment methods may vary by country, gateway selected, and payment provider verifications.
- Secure payment Payments are processed through secure external providers. KeyEase does not store full credit or debit card information on its servers.
- Problems with payment or delivery If payment has been completed but you have not received the email with the product, please contact us with the order number and email address used for the purchase.
