Policy on returns and refunds

Right to Cancel Within 14 Days

You can cancel your order and get a refund within 14 days from delivery, provided that the license has not been activated or used. Returns are free: you don't have to ship anything—just email us. We'll issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase within 14 days of accepting your request.

Licenses That Don't Work

If you do not receive the license after your payment has been confirmed, if it does not activate properly, or if it does not match the description on the product page, please contact us at any time: we will help you with the activation, and if the problem is not resolved, we will replace the license or issue a refund.

Digital products

The products are digital licenses delivered via email: no physical media is shipped. A license that has already been activated or used cannot be canceled, except in the cases of non-functioning licenses described above.

How to Request a Refund

Write to contact@keyease.net Please include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and—if you're having trouble activating your account—a screenshot of the error message. We'll reply via email.
