  • 30-Day Money Back Guarantee We offer customers a 30-day voluntary money-back guarantee. The refund request must be submitted in writing within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Digital Product Condition To be eligible for a refund, the product license key must not have been activated, used, redeemed, or consumed. Once a digital license key has been activated or used, it cannot normally be returned.
  • Activation Problems If the license key does not work or you experience an activation issue, please contact us with a screenshot of the error message. We will review the case and provide support, a replacement key, or a refund where applicable.
  • Return Procedure and Costs Refund requests can be submitted by email. Since our products are delivered digitally, there are no physical return shipping costs.
  • Refund Method Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible, including PayPal or credit/debit card. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
